Welcome to my site and hopefully the first step towards finding the support you need to improve your life and personal well-being.
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California (PSY30869) and currently provide therapy over Zoom videoconferencing. I have a doctorate in applied clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have training and experience in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-focused therapy. I like to work collaboratively with clients to ensure that they are happy with their progress every step of the way and tailor therapy to your specific needs.
Sexuality and sexual addiction, dysfunction, and abuse can be discussed without stigma in order to work through unhealthy shame and find lasting and satisfying relationships with others and yourself.
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a method to reprocess memories of trauma and adverse life experiences to work through your past and feel more at ease in the present.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a method by which you may learn to think about your thinking, gaining insight into your negative automatic thoughts and taking steps to change your behavior.
Psychodynamic Therapy is a method to focus on internal conflicts and methods by which we defend ourselves against our feelings, gaining freedom from our past and living more in touch with our true selves.
I currently provide therapy online via Zoom. I have found that it is very effective when ensuring a reliable internet connection and large enough monitor. It also allows for more flexibility and no travel time! Please ensure that you have the app installed on your device prior to session, at which time you can join via the link provided after scheduling.
My 50-minute session rate is $150. I am an in-network provider for Cigna. If you have out-of-network mental health insurance coverage, please check with your insurance whether you can submit a superbill to request reimbursement.
